An exotic dancer with dwarfism is allowed to proceed with a defamation lawsuit alleging that HBO’s docudrama “We Own This City,” falsely implied that she engaged in prostitution with the former leader of the Baltimore Police Department’s Gun Task Force, a federal judge ruled last week.
