U.S. District Judge M. Casey Rodgers, invoking the All Writs Act on Tuesday, ordered 3M not to challenge her rulings in bankruptcy court, where its subsidiary filed a Chapter 11 case last month citing a multidistrict litigation proceeding “broken beyond repair.”
